Antioch College’s 2026 Soil Health Symposium, “Roots, Reach, and Responsibility: Connecting Soil Health to Food Forests and Pollinator Pathways for Community Impact,” will take place on Friday, November 13.
Hosted by the Antioch College Farm, this daylong gathering is free and open to all — students, faculty, gardeners, farmers, environmental professionals, nonprofits, community organizations, and neighbors from Yellow Springs and the region. It's about sharing knowledge and building community and capacity around soil health. Breakfast and lunch are provided, and a $25 per person donation is appreciated but not required.

Dr. Kevin Matteson, Associate Professor of Environmental Science and Biology at Antioch College and Faculty Director of Antioch Farm.
